Breath and Cold with Lucinda

Lucinda Bibbs is passionate about guiding people toward their fullest potential and optimal well-being. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over a decade of experience, she has witnessed the power—and the limitations—of traditional talk therapy. This insight inspired her to expand her practice beyond the cognitive realm and into holistic approaches that integrate mind, body, and spirit.

Through her work as a Breathwork and Cold Exposure Facilitator with LightFORCE Academy, Lucinda supports clients both one-on-one and in group settings through the practice of conscious connected breathwork and cold exposure. These experiences help individuals break through self-limiting patterns, deepen their connection to self and others, and access new levels of growth and resilience.

Lucinda also teaches the transformative power of cold exposure. By learning how to meet discomfort and regulate through the breath, clients are able to face fears and limiting beliefs, disrupt the default mode network that keeps them stuck in unhelpful patterns, and step into new ways of being that better serve their lives.

Deeply embodied in her own practices and teachings, Lucinda brings lived experience to her work. Having overcome personal challenges, she has cultivated peace, balance, and purpose in her life. She is thriving—not just surviving—and models this possibility for those she works with.

As co-owner of both South Okanagan Counselling and New Ground Wellness, Lucinda is committed to creating accessible, community-centered spaces for healing and growth. Her work reflects a belief that true transformation happens when the whole person is engaged—mind, body, and spirit—and when people feel safe, supported, and empowered to reclaim their vitality.
