Our mission is to share tools to raise our awareness, shift our level of consciousness and move us out of our habitual, unconscious patterns of thinking and behaving to step into our true potential as limitless beings. Breathing techniques, movement including yoga, mobility, agility and calisthenics, mindfulness, meditation and natural stressors(heat and cold) help us to connect with what lies underneath the layers of conditioning, protection and fear, to unlock our true potential and perform at our highest level.

Meet your


My name is Jeff and I am the founder of breathARMY.

My mission is to educate, inspire and empower people to live to their true potential.

I use different tools like breathwork, meditation, different forms of movement, and stressors like cold and heat and psychedelics to help people break through the structures and patterns that hold us back from experiencing life fully and from living and expressing our potential out into the world.

Throughout the first 35 years of my life I experienced many forms of complex trauma – physical, mental and sexual abuse, imprisonment, life threatening accidents and near death experiences.

Before I connected to the power of my breath, I struggled with severe mental health issues… anxiety, depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation and hard core drug addiction. I struggled to find purpose in my life and to connect with others at times being unable to leave my house. I have suffered from digestive issues, nervous system dysregulation, chronic sinus and respiratory issues and sleep problems to name a few.

All of these have improved or resolved completely by connecting to and bringing more awareness to my breath and body.

I have traveled the world and studied with many different masters of breath and movement over the past 13 years. I am certified in Wim Hof Method (Advanced Instructor), Oxygen Advantage (Advanced Instructor), Buteyko Breathing and Nai’a Integrative Breathwork. I continue to learn alongside and mentor with Brian Mackenzie. I have studied Classical Pranayama and Advanced Kundalini Pranayma with David Shannahoff Khalsa. I am also a 500 hr Yoga Teacher and a Paramedic retired from the British Columbia Ambulance Service.

I always knew there was something more to life. I am passionate about creating opportunities for people to empower themselves with natural tools to live happier, healthier lives. I create ecstatic experiences for people to remember the ecstacy of being alive and help people to remember who they are, why they are here and how they can create the most positive impact in the world around them.

I have helped thousands of students connect to their breath and body, I understand deeply the science that underlies it and embody this wisdom in the world. Now I want to teach you the same principles so you can implement them into your life and experience the same freedom, vitality, and purpose that I feel.
